FAQ

Questions we hear all the time.

Are you licensed and insured?+

Yes. Krystel Power LLC operates under a Texas Master Electrician license and carries general liability and workers' compensation coverage. Certificates are available on request.

Do you offer free estimates?+

Yes — most residential and small commercial estimates are free. For very large projects we may charge a design retainer that is credited back to the project if you hire us.

What areas do you serve?+

Our home base is Zapata, TX. We regularly work across Zapata, Webb, Jim Hogg and Starr counties — including Laredo, Hebbronville, Rio Grande City and Roma.

How quickly can you come out?+

For most non-emergency calls we can be on-site within 2–4 business days. We also keep a same-day slot open most weeks for urgent issues.

Do you handle permits?+

Yes. Pulling the right permit is part of doing the job correctly. We manage municipal permits and inspections so you don't have to.

What payment methods do you accept?+

Cash, check, ACH and all major credit cards. We can also arrange financing for solar and generator projects through several approved partners.

Do you offer a warranty?+

Yes — every install includes our 10-year workmanship warranty in addition to the manufacturer's equipment warranty.

Is your office open to walk-ins?+

Our shop and office at 192 Madison Ave (Lot 33) in Zapata is open by appointment so we can give you our full attention. Call ahead and we'll be ready.
